Gaviscon Extra Tablets (24)

This medicine is used for the treatment of acid related symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux such as acid regurgitation, heartburn and indigestion which may occur, for example, following meals or during pregnancy.

Ingredients:

• The main ingredient, sodium alginate, is derived from natural seaweed which is sustainably harvested. It creates a protective barrier or raft over the irritating stomach (which is mostly acid, but also pepsin and bile).
• In addition Gavison Extra also contains Sodium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate to help neutralise excess acid

Directions:

• Take 2-4 tablets up to four times daily as required

Suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
