Calpol SixPlus Oral Suspension (140ml)

Calpol is a strawberry flavoured oral suspension, it’s pleasant tasting making it easier for children to swallow and the dosing syringe allows it to be administered with ease.

Ingredients:

• Paracetamol 250mg/5ml
• Sugar Free

Suitable for:

• children between the ages of 6 and 12 years.
• Also suitable for adults where swallowing is an issue

Directions:

• Children 6 – 8 years
  • give 5ml up to four times daily
• Children 8 – 10 years
  • give 7.5ml up to four times daily
• Children 10 – 12 years
  • give 10ml up to four times daily
• Children 12 – 16 years
  • give 10-15ml up to four times daily
• Adults and children over 16 years
  • give 20ml up to four times daily
• Never give more than the recommended dosage in any 24 hours
• leave at least 4 hours between each dose.

Pregnancy:

• Paracetamol is safe to take during pregnancy
