Features:
- Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances.
Suitable for:
- For adults and the elderly.
- Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
Directions:
- Take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime.
- If necessary on subsequent evenings another tablet can be taken earlier in the evening
Active ingredients:
- Dry extract from Valeriana Officinalis L – 385mg
- Equivalent to 1.54-1.925g of Valerian Root
- Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v
